The Spreader was designed around the popular Porsche 4 piston and GT2\/3 6 piston calipers as well as most 4 piston Brembo, AP, Alcon, and other performance calipers in racing and road use. To help fit in any caliper, the amount of throw is adjustable through three settings of the outside plate. Insert the spreading plates one way for wider 6 piston calipers, and then turn the unit 90 degrees and use the plate sides for 4 piston calipers. The tool is made from steel and is powder coated for durability. The slider is cadmium plated.
