COVID / Christmas / Brexit Special Notice
Due to a special year in 2020, and several disruptions, we've outlined below some implications and impact this may have on your order:
Due to COVID-19, some delays can be expected, as supplier chain has been affected around the world, we really appreciate your kind patience in advance, we will always endeavour to speed up your order where we can, and keep you informed of any delays where possible.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible as we understand the feeling when you wait for the goodies to arrive! That's why we offer a FREE Next Day UK Delivery* on orders over £100 exc. VAT on all our in stock items. If in doubt, you can simply contact us to confirm the availability.
If an item is not in stock, we will aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, at time this may not always be possible. In such cases, we will indeed be in touch with an estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) via email or phone. Some special orders will have longer lead time time, so please do check the description on the product page for specific delivery timescale.
Rest assured, your order will be fully insured for your peace of mind. A signature will be required upon delivery, and a tracking number will also be emailed to you immediately after dispatch, so you can track your order online at any time. When your order is out for delivery, we may also send you a text message on the day to notify you depending on the service used.
Free Next Day UK Delivery
Get FREE Guaranteed next day UK delivery for orders over £100 (exc. VAT) on all in stock items. Same day dispatch available if your order is placed before 11:00 GMT on all in stock items!
In order to qualify for our next day guaranteed service, you will need to spend a minimum of £100 exc. VAT.
For larger items, we use Parcel Force express 24 which is guaranteed for next day delivery, they will also send out a text message and email notification to notify the status of your shipment on the day of delivery. Larger items such as exhaust systems, diffuser, splitter and spoilers will be sent via Parcel Force 48Large or Fedex Economy on a 2-3 day service.
Please note that this is available to most areas in the UK except for areas considered remote by our courier.
We ship worldwide via DHL International, simply enter your full address at checkout to see the shipping option(s) and quote(s). Same day dispatch available if your order is placed before 11:00 GMT on all in stock items!.
For order's within the EU, your parcels will normally reach you within 1-3 working days via the DHL Express service and 3-5 working days via the DHL Economy service.
For orders outside the EU, your parcels will normally reach you within 1-3 days for most destinations and up to 7 working days for some destinations. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information or assistance.
DHL Russia Shipping Restrictions
Shipments can not be sent to private or residential addresses in Russia. This is in light of Russian restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals.
Attempting to ship to a private/residential address in Russia with DHL will most likely result in the package being returned to sender. This is because Russian customs authorities will examine all imported and dutiable shipments with extreme scrutiny, which will cause the shipment to be held for an inordinate amount of time (it can take weeks to clear customs in Russia at this point). There is also no guarantee that the package will be shipped out after customs inspection, which means that the shipment will be returned to sender. You will be liable to pay the return cost of the parcel if you did not provide a business address at time of order.
We want you to be 100% satisfy with your purchase, therefore we offer a no question asked 14 days return policy. Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intend to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued once we have received the item back in an unused condition and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging.
Please Note: The above does not apply to special order items.
When returning your order, please ensure you package it carefully and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.
If an item is not fit for purpose, not as described or not of satisfactory quality and you wish to return it for an exchange or refund, you can send this back using your preferred courier at your own cost and this will be refunded to you once we receive the item. Alternatively, we can arrange a DHL collection from your preferred address and send you a return label in PDF format which will need to be printed and attached to the parcel before handing it to the DHL driver.
Unless the item is not fit for purpose, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, we will not be able to refund your return postage under any circumstances.
