Yes we do ship internationally.

Simply add the parts to cart and enter your full shipping address including postal code for an instant shipping quote.

 

At ML Performance, we are working hard to fulfil your orders as fast as possible. Most in-stock items orders are processed within 24 hours. Subject to Availability.

The estimated lead time for dispatch is displayed on the product page, should there be any delay we will write to you at the earliest opportunity to inform you of the estimated lead time.

An order update email containing the estimated dispatch date will also be sent after an order is placed to inform when you could expect your order to be dispatched.

We would love to hear from you, no matter how big or small the matter is! Simply drop us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

We can certainly accept a return if the part is unused and is returned in its original packaging. Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intend to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued, once we have received the item back in an unused condition, and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging. The above does not apply to special order items.

We will process the return and refund once we receive it and inspect it. Refunds usually taking about 3-5 days to be processed. Please return the part to the following address:

When returning your order, please ensure you pack it carefully, include a note of your order number and name and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery. Note the item must be received back to us within 14 days of their return request being approved, or it will not be accepted.

We list the compatible cars under the compatibility section on each product listing.

However, If you are unsure whether or not a certain component is compatible with your car, feel free to send a query to info@mlperformance.co.uk or though our online chat together with your vehicle's VIN so that we can check for you.

 

For items that are "Available on Stock Order", we will be ordering from our suppliers on set dates therefore there is a lead time involved.

For customers in the United Kingdom, 20% VAT is included within your order upon checkout.

As for our International customers, we do not charge UK VAT upon checkout. However, do note that once your order arrives at your destination country, your local import duties, taxes and other fees may apply. You will be issued a separate invoice for these fees, if any.

 

As we are no longer in the EU due to Brexit, we do not charge VAT when you check out with us via our website. Instead, you will get a custom import tax bill from your local tax office when the goods arrive in your country.

 

You can simply download your VAT invoice/Receipt in pdf format using the link within your order confirmation email.

The DHL Domestic Express shipping option you have selected during checkout simply means your order should arrive in 1 business day from time of dispatch. This subjects to the availability of the products ordered.

 

Please drop us an email at info@mlperformance.co.uk with some photos of the damaged battery and box it came in together with your order number and we will get back to you. 

  

Please pack the product up and send it to us by recorded means. We will test the product and if found to be faulty will dispatch a replacement.

Please note that all returned batteries must be packaged to a minimum standard to avoid damage and leakage. To achieve this level please follow these steps:

  1. Package the battery inside a cardboard box.
  2. Please ensure there is at least 1 inch of packaging around the battery inside the box to help protect against courier damage.
  3. Seal the box and write 'This way Up' so it can be clearly seen by the courier.
  4. Please be aware that any damage incurred during transit due to poor packaging will render any claim invalid.

The best way to return the battery to us is to use an online courier comparison service such as PARCEL2GO. When listing the item for return please refer to it as an 'accumulator'.

*** Please DO NOT USE Evri (Hermes), DPD, Royal Mail or Inpost as they may not be willing to carry the items. ***

Please bear in mind that 50% of batteries returned to us for testing are just flat and need recharging! 

Upon inspection, there may be a redelivery cost incurred should the battery are found not faulty.
