We can certainly accept a return if the part is unused and returned in suitable packaging. Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us of your intention to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued once we have received the item back in an unused condition and in packaging that protects it for resale. Please note that this does not apply to special order items.
We kindly ask that items are returned in their original packaging and placed inside a strong outer box (double-packaged) to ensure they are fully protected in transit. If the original packaging is not available, please reach out to us to confirm whether the return can be accepted. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may be subject to deductions from your refund.
