Goods need to be inspected on arrival and if any defect(s) are found we need to be notified within 14 days, as we cannot accept any responsibility of any damage claim after 14 days as the courier has a limitation on the days a claim can be made. If it is a battery purchased, then any physical damages or leakages needs to be reported within 24 hours of receipt instead.
All returns need to be with us within 14 days of the return request being initiated. Returns will not be accepted if received outside of this 14-day period, unless agreed upon prior due to unexpected circumstances. Full refunds will only be provided if the item is faulty or damaged. If a customer purchases an item incorrectly without confirming compatibility then only the refund of the item will be provided. Carriage costs will not be reimbursed.
Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intend to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued once we have received the item back in an unused condition and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging. Items need to be received by us within 14 days os you notifying us on your intention to initiate a return, otherwise the refund request will be nullified and voided immediately.

When returning your order, please ensure you package it carefully and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.
If an item is not fit for purpose, not as described or not of satisfactory quality and you wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please contact us with your concerns and include photos or videos if applicable We can arrange a collection from your preferred address and send you a return label in PDF format which will need to be printed and attached to the parcel before handing it to the driver.
Unless the item is not fit for purpose, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, we will not be able to issue a full refund and the collection cost will be deducted.
If a returned item is received in a condition that does not comply with our return policy, no refund will be issued. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach the customer or resolve the matter within three months of receiving the returned item, we reserve the right to dispose of it without further notice. Additionally, if a customer is responsible for a re-shipping fee and fails to pay it within three months of our notification, the item will be disposed of.
