Delivery & Returns

Due to a special year in 2020, and several disruptions, we've outlined below some implications and impact this may have on your order:


Due to COVID-19, some delays can be expected, as supplier chain has been affected around the world, we really appreciate your kind patience in advance, we will always endeavour to speed up your order where we can, and keep you informed of any delays where possible.

 

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible as we understand the feeling when you wait for the goodies to arrive! That's why we offer a FREE Next Day UK Delivery* on orders over £199 Inc. VAT on the majority of our in-stock items. Certain items such as oversized items, batteries, tyres etc. may not be eligible for this - this will be reflected on the check out page. If in doubt, you can simply contact us to confirm the availability. 

If an item is not in stock, we will aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, at time this may not always be possible. In such cases, we will indeed be in touch with an estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) via email or phone. Some special orders will have longer lead time, so please do check the description on the product page for specific delivery timescale.

Rest assured, your order will be fully insured for your peace of mind. A signature will be required upon delivery, and a tracking number will also be emailed to you immediately after dispatch, so you can track your order online at any time. When your order is out for delivery, we may also send you a text message on the day to notify you depending on the service used.

In order to qualify for our next day guaranteed service, you will need to spend a minimum of £199 Inc. VAT. 

Please note that this is available to most areas in the UK except for areas considered remote by our courier, e.g. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands etc.

 

We ship worldwide via DHL International, simply enter your full address at checkout to see the shipping option(s) and quote(s). Same day dispatch available if your order is placed before 1pm UK Time on all in stock items! 

For orders within the EU, your parcels will normally reach you within 1-3 working days via the DHL Express service and 3-5 working days via the DHL Economy service.

For orders outside the EU, your parcels will normally reach you within 1-3 days for most destinations and up to 7 working days for some destinations. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further information or assistance.

 

Shipments cannot be sent to private or residential addresses in Russia. This is in light of Russian restrictions on all dutiable shipments sent to private individuals.

Attempting to ship to a private/residential address in Russia with DHL will most likely result in the package being returned to sender. This is because Russian customs authorities will examine all imported and dutiable shipments with extreme scrutiny, which will cause the shipment to be held for an inordinate amount of time (it can take weeks to clear customs in Russia at this point). There is also no guarantee that the package will be shipped out after customs inspection, which means that the shipment will be returned to sender. You will be liable to pay the return cost of the parcel if you did not provide a business address at time of order.

 

Goods need to be inspected on arrival and if any defect(s) are found we need to be notified within 14 days, as we cannot accept any responsibility of any damage claim after 14 days as the courier has a limitation on the days a claim can be made. If it is a battery purchased, then any physical damages or leakages needs to be reported within 24 hours of receipt instead.

All returns need to be with us within 14 days of the return request being initiated. Returns will not be accepted if received outside of this 14-day period, unless agreed upon prior due to unexpected circumstances. Full refunds will only be provided if the item is faulty or damaged. If a customer purchases an item incorrectly without confirming compatibility then only the refund of the item will be provided. Carriage costs will not be reimbursed.

Simply write to us within 14 days of receiving your item to notify us with your intend to cancel or exchange. A full refund will be issued once we have received the item back in an unused condition and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging. Items need to be received by us within 14 days os you notifying us on your intention to initiate a return, otherwise the refund request will be nullified and voided immediately.

Please Note: The above does not apply to special order items.

When returning your order, please ensure you package it carefully and purchase the necessary insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged during the return delivery.

If an item is not fit for purpose, not as described or not of satisfactory quality and you wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please contact us with your concerns and include photos or videos if applicable We can arrange a collection from your preferred address and send you a return label in PDF format which will need to be printed and attached to the parcel before handing it to the driver.

Unless the item is not fit for purpose, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, we will not be able to issue a full refund and the collection cost will be deducted.

If a returned item is received in a condition that does not comply with our return policy, no refund will be issued. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the customer to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach the customer or resolve the matter within three months of receiving the returned item, we reserve the right to dispose of it without further notice. Additionally, if a customer is responsible for a re-shipping fee and fails to pay it within three months of our notification, the item will be disposed of.
