Black Friday Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of ML Performance, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

  • Place an order of £100 or more (excluding shipping) on the ML Performance website between 00:00 on 3rd November 2025 and 23:59 on 10th November 2025.
  • Complete the entry form on the ML Performance website using the same valid email address used to place your order.
  • Each order counts as one entry. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  • Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned will be considered ineligible.

Prize & Winner Selection:

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Entry Period ends.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the Entry Period closing.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in a new winner being selected.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or alternative products.

Verification & Fraud Prevention:

  • ML Performance reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and the associated order number.
  • Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent entries may result in disqualification.

Prize Delivery:

  • The prize will only be delivered to a valid UK address.
  • ML Performance accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.

Privacy:

  • Personal information submitted through the entry form will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with ML Performance’s Privacy Policy.

General Terms:

  • ML Performance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • Entry into the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • ML Performance’s decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the giveaway.
  • These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
