This is LED Baton Light with PIR Sensor.

The Ring RCV5015 is a 300mm LED baton interior light, suitable for 12V and 24V vehicles. Features passive infrared sensor, to automatically switch on when movement is detected. Automatically switches off when no movement is detected, saving energy. The 12x LEDs emit a bright 400 lumens, and positioned centrally will provide a wide spread of light. LEDs are long life and low power. Ideal for commercial use.
