The RM Series is comprised of a damper cartridge secured within a threaded outer body. This specific design requires a lubricating grease to be applied during the assembly process between the two damper and threaded body to avoid metal-to-metal contact. In order to keep the two components from touching each other and generating noise transmission you will need to periodically clean out the old grease and apply new grease.
This is a simple process that can be done with just a few common tools. It does not require you to open the internals of the dampers themselves and therefore you do not need to have the dampers re-pressurized after carrying out this procedure. Please contact us on info@mlperformance.co.uk for more information and a step-by-step guide on how to complete this maintenance.
As a result of this required maintenance, we do not recommend the RM Series for road use over the BR Series or ER Series.

The 2021 Can-Am Maverick x3 RR ECU Tune is the best thing you will every spend your money on! With the vehicle coming from Can-Am producing 195HP, you can bet there is plenty more power still on the table. The 2021 features a full new ECU that only a select few have the tools to read and write this ECU. VR Tuned has gone through the R&D to be able to flash these ECUs and give your Can-Am X3 Turbo RR an amazing gain in performance. VR Tuned gives you that with an extra 25 horsepower taking you to 220HP!
To create a product that takes the 2020 x3 RR to new levels, Vivid Racings tuning team developed this ECU flash with power, driveability, and reliability in mind. Using our Mustang Dyno here in Gilbert, Arizona, internal and external data logging tools, we were able to gain a very impressive 25 horsepower over stock. With a worldwide clientele, we created a tune for both 91 octane and 93+ octane users.

Basic bolt-on performance parts will not require a retune of your ECU. Other efficiency parts such as colder spark plugs, boost tubes, or diverter valves are not required but can help performance. The ECU will adapt to these changes.
We can tune cars worldwide including JDM, EU, Australian, and USA cars for different types of octane or environments.
We do not lock, "pot", or keep control of your ECU. If you decide to take it to another tuner for an upgrade, all flashing ability is retained.
How to Flash Your ECU?
This is a Bosch MG1 ECU and can ONLY be bench flashed. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us. Located behind the driver side seat and against the firewall, the ECU can be easily removed. Once we receive the ECU, we will prepare the tune file and then ship it back to you for reinstallation. We do not solder, modify, or open the ECU at all. All ECU tuning is done via the front pins.
