Tuning the ECU of your Lamborghini LP 550-2 is possible with VR Tuned. Our ECU flash for the 2009-2011 models is all done through the OBDII port making it easy to flash your Lamborghini with convenience. The daily driving characteristics are vastly improved while providing you additional benefits that your engine craves for. With this additional programming to adjust your ecu calibrations, we also make changes to the torque limiter to provide better throttle response. Expect noticeable gains in horsepower and torque to make your Lamborghini even more fun to drive!

How to Flash Your ECU?

  • Use the VRTuned iFlash OBDII device. This REQUIRES a Windows PC.  You can flash between the stock and tuned at anytime. See Instructions Here.
  • Bring your vehicle to our facility where we can use our Master Tool to flash your vehicle via the OBDII port.
  • We can bench flash the ECU. To bench flash the ECU, you must remove it from your vehicle and send it to us. Once we receive the ECU, we will prepare the tune file and then ship it back to you for re-installation. We do not solder or modify the ECU board at all. All ECU tuning is done via bungy probes that have a needle tip to provide an electrical connection.

Options:

  • You can select to get one or both Stages of our Tune.  The Stage 2 is usually for those looking to maximize the performance of their vehicle.  You must run a performance exhaust and 93+ octane. Switching between files can only be done with our OBDII flashing tool.

For reference, this ECU is a BOSCH MED9.1.1.
