Product Description
VTTEV is proud to offer our lightweight two-piece rear brake rotors for the Tesla Model 3/Y. These are made from custom High Carbon VTTEV 335mm rotors, and 2 piece 7075 Aluminum brake hats. These fit the stock calipers and bolt right on with no other modification. These offer 7 lbs of rotating mass reduction for an increase in range and performance. If coupled with our Ultimate front brake kits. We drop almost 40 lbs of unsprung weight and 30 lbs of rating mass reduction. These are the same brake components we have tested at the highest level of motorsports with our BMW Drag racing program, and we also run them on all our street cars. These are great for the daily driver looking to increase range, or the EV racer looking to drop weight to increase performance.

Range testing results are below. We drove more than 5300 miles and spent an ENTIRE year testing these brakes and recorded the milages from all the different testing cycles to come up with the data you see below. We recorded a 20% improvement in range by simply switching to the front, and rear lightweight VTT brakes. Please NOTE: Range is DIRECTLY correlated to your driving habits, and we drove the same routes as best as we could with the same style of driving. If you drive aggressively your range will decrease accordingly, but your range increase will stay the same as we are looking at the range delta from stock to the VTTEV brakes.
