High-Boost Crankcase Ventilation Adapter for BMW Engines

Building or running a high-boost, high-powered BMW engine? Boost increases crankcase pressure, which, if left unchecked, can lead to issues such as smoking, power loss, and even engine failure. Adequate venting is essential for optimal performance and engine health.

These are designed to connect directly to S58/B58(TU) stock VC, or screw into ANY VTT Billet or Cast VC

While some believe a -10AN vent is sufficient for these builds, the truth is: it's not. To address this, we developed a larger, more effective solution for our builds-now available for everyone.

Our Oil Cap adapter securely snaps in place, replacing your oil cap and providing a platform for a -16ORB fitting in a variety of configurations. Choose from -12AN to -20AN fittings, depending on your build's needs. This cap is thicker than our low-profile option so care must be taken when planning hood clearance for the versatile venting options.

Important Notes:

• This kit requires you to supply your own hose, hose ends, and catch can to complete the system.
• Some fitting options may require 45 days for shipping, as we keep only select configurations in stock.
• Also fits other platforms such as B48, B46, Mini, etc. DOES NOT FIT Gen 1 B58

Fitting Options:

1. -16ORB to -12AN Male: 17.4mm hose ID
2. -16ORB to -12AN Male with 1/8" Sensor Port: For data logging crankcase pressure, 17.4mm hose ID
3. -16ORB to -16AN Male: 22.2mm hose ID
4. -16ORB to -16AN Male with 1/8" Sensor Port: For data logging crankcase pressure, 22.2mm hose ID
5. -16ORB to -20AN Male: 28.5mm hose ID
6. Low-Profile 90 ° -12AN Male: Most clearance, 17.4mm hose ID
7. Low-Profile 90 ° -16AN Male: Most clearance, 22.2mm hose ID
8. -16 One-Way Check Valve: Maintains crankcase vacuum at idle while venting under all other conditions (requires additional fittings for optimal clearance).

Note: Any fitting with a -16ORB connection is compatible with this system.
