Our innovative intercooler has been specially developed for the demanding requirements of the Audi S8 models. It offers significantly improved cooling performance with up to 40?C cooler intake air temperatures, resulting in maximum mechanical and thermal relief for the turbocharger. With a high-quality cooling network that offers an additional 118% more external network volume compared to the charge air cooler fitted as standard, our charge air cooler sets new standards in terms of cooling performance. The ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimum internal air flow.

CFD simulations were used to develop the end boxes from high-quality aluminium chill casting to ensure optimum air flow conditions. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure, which also makes this kit ideal for racing. Our intercooler is equipped with a thermally conductive anti-corrosion coating that ensures long-lasting durability. Installation of the complete kit is straightforward and plug & play thanks to our simple installation instructions.
