Stainless steel sports exhaust for a deeper, sportier sound, reduced weight and enhanced breathing. Complete with four 90mm diameter "Sport" tailpipes in a choice of chrome, black ceramic or carbon fibre finish, each engraved with the AC Schnitzer logo. 540i Export version is for cars built up to June 2018 only and includes sound pipe (centre pipe) for optimum sports sound. 540i OPF version is for cars built from July 2018 and consists of rear silencer and tailpipes only. All versions retain the exhaust valve controlled by the ECU. 

Price varies according to the version and tailpipe option chosen. Only for cars with M Sport. OPF cars cannot have the Export version. Please contact us for advice if you are not sure if your car has OPF/WLTP (Otto Particulate Filter).

Supplied with the rear skirt insert shown in picture 1 which is compatible with a BMW tow bar (not included). Can also be used with AC Schnitzer rear diffuser (extra cost, see item shown below), the diffuser is not compatible with BMW electric tow bars.

This exhaust can also be fitted in combination with BMW M Performance rear diffuser - use in combination with BMW part number 5119 2412 410 upper half intended for 550i/550d, available from BMW dealers.

Warranty

In principle, all AC Schnitzer products sold in the UK carry a two-year manufacturer's warranty, or until the end of the 3 year BMW warranty period, whichever is longer.
