This is AIRTEC Motorsport De-Cat Downpipe for BMW S63B44TU engine (M5/M6)

By removing the original restrictive catalytic converter in the OEM factory downpipe, back pressure is hugely reduced, resulting in faster spool, increased power, and a much more aggressive exhaust note.
