This is AIRTEC Motorsport Gobstopper Intercooler Upgrade for Focus RS (ATINTFO44)
As part of our expanding Focus RS product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our huge Gobstopper intercooler upgrade with a 100mm core. This upgrade offers increased performance through reduced charge temperatures compared to the original intercooler, making it a must-have modification for any performance-enhanced RS, especially remapped examples.
Our solution to improving the OEM intercooler setup behind the bumper assembly is based on a high-flow, single-pass core design. The core is wider, taller, and deeper than the original, providing a massive increase in frontal area and capacity. This allows the intercooler to make the most of the airflow provided.
The kit fits neatly behind the original bumper without the need for trimming or cutting. It can also be easily reverted back to the standard setup with no issues. The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the necessary fixtures and fittings.
The intercooler is available in a Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the AIRTEC logo.
