Castrol Iloform™ PS 104 is a water soluble, forming paste, which does not contain inorganic fillers and is chlorine and heavy metal free. It is specifically developed for medium duty deep drawing operations. It is a blend of high performance boundary lubricants, emulsifiers and corrosion inhibitors, in a fully solvent refined paraffinic mineral oil.

• Contains high performance lubricity and anti wear additives. Maximises die life and provides excellent surface

• Can be used diluted in water, forming a stable milky emulsion. Economical in use and reduces product
• consumption.
• Non filled and water soluble, therefore easier cleaning with water based alkali cleaners.
• Versatile and multi metal compatible, therefore offers potential for product consolidation.
