Hawk Street-Race track brake pads have higher friction coefficient than the traditional Hawk HP Plus track pads. This gives them greater capability for when you are ready to move beyond the HP Plus but are not yet ready for a full race pad or want to use a serious track pad for limited street use. The Street-Race compound is a semi-race compound that can stand up to the heat of multiple-lap track sessions, yet still get you home safely without having to deal with the inconvenience of changing pads at the track. Operating temperatures: 37-650°C Optimal temperature range: 37-425°C
