Due to popular demand, all of our 2-piece, lightweight rotors will now come with black anodized rotor hats featuring Type 3, hard anodizing, the highest quality and hardest anodizing available for aluminum. This will make the rotor hats more resistant to fade and wear and will hide brake dust better. Due to popular, demand all lightweight rotor rings will also feature zinc plating. This high quality coating will slow the effects of corrosion and keep your rotor rings looking good through the winters.

Shaves 12lbs of unsprung weight from the front of your car while increasing braking performance, plus they bolt on just like stock! This is great alternative to a full on Big Brake Kit since the stock rotor is a stout 400mm (15.75"). With superior rotor cooling design, these are a no-brainer for those looking for the best performance while retaining the factory caliper.

Fitment:
C7 S6-S7 and D4 A8-S8 40T that came factory with a 400mm rotor (Note: Will fit C7 A6-A7 that came with 400mm rotors or with a S6-S7 caliper upgrades. If you have the standard 356mm rotors these will not fit)

Stock vs. JHM
-Rotor Weight: Stock = 33lbs(each), JHM = 27lbs(each) - Almost 20% LIGHTER, 6lbs less each
-Rotor Cooling Air-gap: Stock = 17.5mm(.689"), JHM = 19.5mm(.768") - LARGER for better cooling
-Rotor Cooling Center Fin Design: Stock = Directional (one pushing air IN, one pushing air OUT, same PN both sides), JHM = Directional, specific left and right side design- MORE EFFICIENT for better cooling
-Rotor OD: Stock = 400mm(15.75"), JHM = 400mm(15.75") - SAME
-Rotor Thickness: Stock = 38mm(1.49"), JHM = 36mm(1.42")
-Bolt pattern: - SAME (fits like an OEM rotor would)

INCLUDES: 2 - JHM 2-piece Lightweight Front Rotors. (Each rotor weighs 3lbs less than stock for a total of 6lbs weight savings.) Almost 10% lighter!

Outer ring specs:
We worked closely with a race brake manufacturer that supplies many NASCAR racers and a couple major brake kit companies. Due to their expertise we chose to have them build us the outer rings to our specs to fit. 10 attachment points with 3/8 zinc plated bolts for durability and strength.

Center hat specs:
We CNC machine the Aluminum center hats in house based on their recommended materials and thicknesses for durability. 10 attachment points for durability and strength. We also engrave JHM in them in 3 locations equal from each other, it looks clean and doesn't jump out or look tacky.

Please note: JH Motorsports does not recommend using EBC brake pads with our 2-piece lightweight rotors. Customer have reported and we have found EBC pads leave excessive pad deposits that can cause brake pulsation. Many EBC pads have a break in coating that reacts with the zinc plating used on our rotors
