PROUDLY DESIGNED AND BUILT IN CALIFORNIA! THE JHM SOLID SHORT THROW SHIFTER IS THE NUMBER ONE SHORT THROW SHIFTER ON THE MARKET! TESTED IN THE REAL WORLD SINCE 2006! NOTE: This shifter does not work on the 04 and up 1.8t and 3.0l V6 with the 02X and 01X manual transmission. This is for the the 02 and 03 3.0l V6 A4 with the 01E manual transmission only. INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING - new JHM Steel shaft, , Tig Welded Steel lower link, Delrin Bushings, New pushdown reverse springs (stock, medium and stiff) and all other hardware. Retains stock shifter knob. Instructions are not included with the package, just use the video links below and watch prior to installing. Pushdown Reverse Spring Stiffness: Additional pushdown reverse springs included for those aggressive drivers that have the tendency to accidentally push the shifter down while shifting.This shifter is only availabin in the Extra Short Throw version with 1/2" shorter knob height and 45% and 35% reduction settings.(Includes 4 bushings to allow more clearance in the shifter box for the additional throw reduction).
