Aftermarket performance valves are available in triple or single groove variations (depending on valve brand and engine) and require matching groove valve keepers. This is a performance-orientated valve keeper for 6mm aftermarket Supertech or Ferrea triple groove valves. These keepers will provide a reliable lock and maintain the correct 7º taper for the valve spring retainer, aiding in valve stem protection against uncontrolled and excessive valve movement. When installing new valves and valve spring retainers, upgrading to new valve keepers will ensure proper clearances with the latest hardware and extend valvetrain life.
Sold individually, two keepers are required per valve.
