Design and Improvement 
We started by disassembling an original Turbo and then we started to improve and optimize as engineers to create our ultimate hybrid turbos. TTE800 turbochargers deliver excellent power and spool for the Nissan GT-R 35 line of vehicles.

The formula for making a TTE800 starts with a much larger Billet TTE compressor wheel, chosen because it is very efficient, new generation type with very thin blades, creating an extremely high throughput for comparative size, which gives a very wide range of use. The turbo housing is reprofiled and machined with an optimized tolerance to ensure maximum compressor efficiency. The intake pipe is enlarged to ensure a smooth transition for the incoming airflow. Clipping the turbine. Clipping reduces the area of ​​the blade, increasing gas flow and reducing backpressure and lowering exhaust temperatures, allowing for safer thrust levels.

This process gives a secondary benefit in eliminating some materials, reducing the turbine, thus reducing the rotational mass that improves the moment of inertia.

Upgrade your Existing Turbo

To upgrade your existing turbo, you will need to send us your non-damaged turbo. The listing price is the cost of upgrading a non-damaged turbo only. If your turbo is damaged, there may be extra cost on top of the listing price, we will provide you with a quote after inspection. All turbo will be closely inspected before the upgrade is carried out. You will also receive a report from our engineer after the upgrade is completed.
