Oil cooler adapter plate / flange for VAG 1.6 / 2.0 TDI (up to 2013)

Required for installing an external oil cooler

Replaces the inefficient OEM oil cooler

Flange for the oil cooler kit specifically designed for 1.6L & 2.0L TDI engines up to 2013. as installed in many VAG vehicles.

TDI engines have always struggled with high oil temperatures right from the factory. When driving in the heat of summer or if your vehicle has been performance-optimized. temperatures of 140°C are not uncommon. The oil cooler flange connects the engine to the oil cooler kit. The oil cooler kit prevents high oil temperatures. ensuring consistent oil pressure and optimal oil quality. This positively impacts the lifespan of your TDI engine.
