VR Aero carbon fiber parts are manufactured using precision CNC machined molds created from 3D scanning of vehicles to produce a perfectly styled and fitting part. Each carbon fiber part is made from 2x2 carbon fiber pre-preg material that is handlaid in the mold and transformed inside an autoclave. This process has the high gloss UV resistant coating built into the material for a perfect OEM finish. In addition to carbon fiber, this product has some ABS plastic components to its design. Depending on the part, it includes high quality double sided tape and hardware if needed. Professional installation is recommended.
