A well-known issue with the N54 and early N55 with Hydraulic power steering is the plastic pulley either hitting the subframe or simply breaking on its own. This can cause the belt to be ejected from the pulley, and leave you stranded with no serpentine belt. To top it off, if you continue to run the vehicle with the belt off, you also have a good chance of sucking the belt into the engine through the front seal. Put an end to the dreaded plastic PS pulley issues with our 100% Billet Aluminum PS pulley.

We make these from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodize them in one of 4 colors (Black, Red, Blue, and Clear) for a great look, and long-lasting finish.

These weigh 11Oz, very close to the weight of a stock pulley, and are lighter than the cast aluminum versions on the market.
