The cast aluminium end boxes were precisely designed in CAD and optimised using CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. Specially integrated air routing in the radiator inlet ensures uniform filling of the intercooler core and maximum cooling characteristics with minimal backpressure. The newly developed Competition high-performance core also ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler and is particularly lightweight despite its performance. This kit is perfectly suited for racing and allows for optimal cooling of the supercharged air. In addition, the Wagner Tuning high-performance charge air cooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that offers excellent heat conduction properties and protects the cooler from environmental influences.
