The Competition package for the BMW F-series consists of the intercooler upgrade kit, the N55 downpipe kit without catalytic converter and fits the following vehicles. Our intercooler has mesh dimensions of 520x210x130 and offers an astonishing 85% larger flow area and an impressive 60% more charge air volume compared to the factory intercooler. Our high performance mesh is characterized by a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators. Despite its size, the entire intercooler weighs only 6.6 kg. The end boxes are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been optimised with the help of flow analysis in the CFD system. Our intercooler minimizes the back pressure compared to the standard intercooler and thus ensures optimum performance. All our intercoolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that ensures long-lasting and optimal cooling. Our kit is completely ready to install and allows for easy replacement with the factory intercooler - a true plug-and-play experience. You can continue to use the original charge air hoses.
