1) Ring gear separation, drilling, tapping of customer supplied ring gear and differential
You deliver to us your single piece ring gear and differential, we separate the ring gear from the differential, machine, drill and tap to accept bolts and a Wavetrac LSD. We ship the ring gear to you.
2) Ring gear separation, drilling, tapping and install into customer supplied usable axle (excluding Wavetrac)
We take your usable axle you supply, deconstruct, take your original, single-piece ring gear and differential, separate it from the differential, machine, drill and tap to accept bolts, you supply us with the correct Wavetrac LSD, and we fit it to the axle. We ship the built axle to you.
3) Supply and fit Wavetrac LSD into customer's supplied axle (pending condition)
We take your usable axle you supply, deconstruct, take your original, single-piece ring gear and differential, separate it from the differential, machine, drill and tap to accept bolts, supply a Wavetrac LSD, and fit to the axle. We ship the built axle to you.
4) Supply and fit a Wavetrac LSD into a Regal sourced axle (pending availability)
We source a usable axle, deconstruct, take your original, single-piece ring gear and differential, separate it from the differential, machine, drill and tap to accept bolts, supply a Wavetrac LSD, and fit to the axle. We ship the built axle to you.
5) Supply and fit a Wavetrac LSD into a new axle from BMW
We order a new axle from BMW, deconstruct, separate the ring gear from the differential, machine, drill and tap to accept bolts, supply a Wavetrac LSD, and fit it to the axle. We ship the built axle to you.
Axles are supplied dry, without oil. You must fill to the manufacturer-specified level before use.
