During zero axle load conditions, the Wavetrac cam device acts to create internal load, maintaining drive on the gripping wheel instead of acting like an open diff (and going nowhere!). Super strong 9310 alloy steel gears are enclosed in case-hardened steel bodies, held together with ARP® fasteners. All Wavetrac® differentials include a transferable, Limited Lifetime Warranty.

*For the LSD Installation and Re-build (Stock Differential Needed*) option, you will be required to send us the entire differential casting which will then be rebuilt and returned to you

**If you cannot send us your differential, you may purchase here, deposit will be reimburst after inspection when you send us your non-damaged differential pumpkin. For the deposit to be reimburst, your non-damaged stock differential pumpkin needs to be returned within 28 days after you have received your fully built LSD. Please choose the Complete Rebuilt LSD (Deposit Required*) option at checkout and also add the deposit to your cart.

The exchange process is a simple 2 step process you can find below.

1. Pay for the product + the exchange deposit and we will send out to you a 30.309.155WK
2. We will then refund the exchange deposit if a complete, usable (in good working order) pumpkin received within 10 working days. pumpkin which require maintenance/repair to be put into service or are not in working order will not be refunded.

You will need to spec oil, for this application we advise for Motul Competition 75w140.

• If you lift a wheel, all gear diffs except Wavetrac®, will NOT power the other wheel.
• During the transition from accel to decel, all gear diffs except Wavetrac®, do nothing.
• The patented Wave hub improves driveability and performance during performance driving.
• The pinions in the Wavetrac run on patented Carbon Fibre bias plates in the housing. Whereas all other designs run the pinons directly on the steel housing. Overtime, with the metal on metal contact with other ATB designs friction can reduce and with this performance reduces. The carbon fibre bias plates in the Wavetrac create a consistent friction surface for the life of the differential for consistent performance.
• Its gear tooth forms are optimised for strength and improved oil film retention over competitive designs.
